You are on the West Coast, I’m on the East Coast. How do we work together?
A Many of my east coast clients find that this is an advantage. Your work day ends and mine has three hours left in it. Many times, the work will be waiting for you first thing in the morning the following day. The time difference “extends” your work day.

What are your hours?
A 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Pacific Time. There are NO Sunday hours.
Do you work on retainer or by the hour?
A I don’t have retainer plans, I work by the hour and no minimum is required. We will both sign a Work for Hire Agreement which describes the assignment. Billing occurs in 15 minute increments. Payment is due 10 days after receipt of electronic invoice. I accept check or money order.

How do we transfer large files back and forth?
A I have a PogoPlug, my own personal cloud server. I will give you access to it and we can place files there.
Q
When you do work on my behalf, will the client know that it’s coming from me or from you?
A I use the Business version of Google Apps and I can create a “send to” address that looks like it’s coming from your domain.
