Set Up Fees

• $100 set up - includes end of year tax reporting, PRIA records check and compliance. (Set-up fee waived for all crew members with set-up paid by previous contract employer)
• $90 initial enrollment in DOT drug testing program
• $20 each weekly payroll ($50/month minimum)
• 5% administration fee on all tax exempt reimbursements
• $50 annual renewal - includes pilot records updates and end of year tax reporting
• Separate charges, actual cost only, for 401K administration (by third party fiduciaries)
